Monday 31 October 2016; we had a great night with Rev Mark Boyce, Mental Health Chaplain, looking at practical things you can do when experiencing anxiety, from mild anxiety to panic attacks.
The session is now available online and can be viewed here.
For further reading, Mark suggested a book that is easy to read, simple and full of quirky illustrations that helps us understand anxiety and things you can do. Great read for those supporting people with anxiety issues. It is readily available online from bookstores.
For more information about the evening please do not hesitate to contact Gary Martin via the Hope Valley Uniting Church Welcome Centre.
